Compare iPhone 6 Plus to LG / Samsung / Google Smartphones

Having a smartphone with a screen smaller than 5.5-inch is no longer popular. Customers wish to own a bigger phablet [this name is given to contemporary larger display smartphones such a Samsung Galaxy Note and others] and companies give them the choice. For example, this fall you can buy the new Apple iPhone 6 Plus which has the 5.5-inch screen, Google Nexus 6 with the 6-inch display, Samsung Galaxy Note and LG G3. Maybe you will decide to switch from Android to iPhone 6 or opposite. All the gadgets get positive reviews from consumers but it is still interesting to compare the devices.

iPhone 6 Plus vs Galaxy Note 4

You can get both models for $299 if you choose the 2-year contract. The unlocked iPhone 6 Plus is a bit cheaper than the Note 4 [$749 vs $825]. Both models are light, around 172-176 grams. The new iPhone with a 5.5-inch screen comes with 1GB of RAM while the 5.7-inch Samsung Galaxy Note 4 offers 3GB of RAM which is nice. The Note model has some features not offered by Apple.

Compare iPhone 6 Plus and Google Nexus 6

The new Nexus is available for $49 if the customer selects the 2-year contract. You can see how this is way cheaper than getting the contract iPhone 6 Plus. Still the cost of the unlocked Nexus 6 is $649. This model has the largest screen of 5.96-inch. It is heavier than the Apple handset.

iPhone 6 Plus vs LG G3 Comparison

The new G3 has the same screen size as the new Apple smartphone. LG’s full unlock price is less, it is only $460 compared to the $749 cost of the 6 Plus device. Both gadgets have the dual-core processor and some similar features along with different options that are unique to each phablet.

Still, even thought iPhone 6 Plus is pretty expensive is buying it at the full price this device wins when you look at its performance. Customers also note that the new iPhone is easier to use, it has a lot of interesting service and awesome features. Even the battery in this model is not longer a problem to those who didn’t like the battery life in earlier Apple smartphones.

It is also not perfect though. The new Apple Pay option has some big problems for customers as it double charged their credit cards. This issues is confirmed by the Bank of America and the companies are working on the fix.

Other firms also develop interesting and useful smartphones. You have a big choice so this Christmas can be a touch time for Santa when deciding which phablet to put under your Christmas tree.
