New Sprint Plans for iPhone 6 to Appear in 1,750 RadioShack Stores

Sprint Radio Shack phones will be sold in over 1,700 stores across the U.S. As soon as RadioShack announced its bankruptcy, American mobile operator Sprint decided to share the stores with RadioShack to sell smartphones on different plans.


At first, RadioShack wanted to sell over 2,000 stores in the United States, but the new agreement between Sprint and the company, allows it to keep 1,700 stores open to attract new customers. The firm filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy where it says that it has liabilities of over $1.3 billion and assets of $1.2 billion as of November first, 2014.

Radio Shack Sprint phone deals will feature Vigin Mobile, Boost Mobile and Sprint plans. All Sprint brands for iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 5, 5S, 5c and other mobile gadgets will be present within over a thousand of RadioShack stores. The U.S. mobile operator plans to occupy about one third of retail space in each location.

This will help the carrier’s subscribers and fans to locate where they are able to buy Sprint data plan along with the device.
