iCloud Connection Not Working Issue Fix

iCloud connection not working is one of the problems that users are faced when try to download anything from the App Store, iTunes, Mac App Store and iBooks Store.

Earlier this morning, Twitter was overfill with complaints from users across the globe who reported being unable to download apps, movies, music, TV shows and books, also to buy in-app content, with some users even unable to sign in to online service like iCloud Find my iPhone feature.

In an official statement issued to CNBC, Apple company apologized for inconveniencing customers. It means that, they’re trying to produce a fix.

After an eleven-hour long outage the App Store and iTunes services are now back online. In the statement Apple apologizes to their customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The company thanked everyone for their patience and added that the cause of the problem was an internal DNS error at Apple. And they worked hard to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible.

This outages began around 5am ET and extended through midday. It was even affecting some Apple Store employees.

On Twitter, people claimed having issues purchasing content within apps using Apple’s In-App Purchase mechanism and The Next Web said earlier this morning that the iTunes Connect and TestFlight developer services are down as well.

For instance, one user from the United Kingdom tweeted out an image showing Apple Store employees resorting to paper payment methods because the normal iPhone-based system didn’t work due to iCloud connection not working issue.
