12-Inch Mac OS X Unboxing In Ukraine Described In Video

Here is some portion of news about 12-inch Mac OS X unboxing in Ukraine. The new Apple's 12-inch MacBook continues its world early tour ahead of its April 10th launch.

The computer has been already described with detailed unboxing footage and hands-on photos in Vietnam. And now a Ukraine-based YouTube channel has posted video of the new MacBook being handled. The video is a 15 minute long.

The video reveals the new machine's design, Force Touch Trackpad, and throws in some comparisons with the MacBook Air.

It was first introduced during the Apple's media event that took place on March 9. It's 24 percent thinner than the 11-inch MacBook Air, measuring 13.1mm in thickness. Weighing just two pounds, it is lighter than other Apple's products the 13-inch MacBook Air (2.96 pound).

The new MacBook gains a 12-inch Retina display feature with thickness at 0.88 millimeters and 2304 x 1440 resolution. It's the first so thing Retina display ever exists on a Mac.

The new MacBook utilizes Intel's 14-nanometer Broadwell-Y Core M processor. It combines high and for more efficient devices low power performance.

A new Force Touch Trackpad feature is also described in the video. The machine includes built-in force sensors that will detect how much pressure is being applied to the trackpad surface, enabling new pressure-based gestures.

Unfortunately, the MacBook does not actually boot OS X, so the video producer’s decided to tape a printed out version of the Yosemite interface over the laptop’s screen.

The new machine includes a full-size edge-to-edge keyboard with a speaker grille above. It also has Retina MacBook Pro-style black bezels.

Watchers may also enjoy the stunts related to walking over the new, non-MagSafe USB Type-C charger that comes with the new MacBook. The new MacBook goes on sale on Friday, April 10th at $1299. Apple offers three machine colors including gold, silver, and space gray.

12-inch Mac OS X unboxing in Ukraine shows that the MacBook is a really standalone Apple's product that is distinct from the currently existing Retina MacBook Pro and MacBook Air lineups.
