OS X 10.11 Download Available for Mac Developers

The new Mac operating system has been announced at WWDC 2015 during the Keynote. Apple also released OS X 10.11 download for registered developers. This system is named El Capitan and if you participate in the official Dev Program created and run by the Cupertino-based company you are able to upgrade to ‘capitan’ and see what this update offers to Mac users.

This is the first beta build. The previous OS X is Yosemite however Apple couldn’t fix 10.10.3 vulnerabilities so the company might do this in the new El Capitan version. We’ll know this once developers begin testing and reporting about this new OS X version.

Mac OS X 10.11 download should bring better experience to users. It is believed to offer the simpler, faster and smarter ways of doing things. Besides, it should enhance the overall performance.

WWDC 2015 is a big event with important announcements and introductions. The ‘fruit’ giant has already seeded El Capitan OS for Macs and next iOS 9 beta for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Mac OS X 10.11 comes under the build name 15A178w.

How can you update to this Mac OS X? You can go to Mac Dev Center and download the update from there. Or you can launch your Mac App Store and use Software Update menu to install the new ‘capitan’ system.

If you have late 2008, early 2009 and newer Mac computers you should be able to run the new system. Apple hasn’t mentioned all the features it brought to this update but we believe that there will be some interesting changes.
