iPhone 6s Storage Rumors And Specs Suggestions

For the recent few week ahead of Apple big media event there were various iPhone 6s storage rumors. But according to very latest statement issued to investors, Ming-Chi Kuo, KGI Securities analyst, has claimed that Apple company will continue to release the new iPhones line in 16GB, 64GB and 128GB storage options, the same sizes available for the current iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Many previous reports and pictures leaks have also stated that the new iPhone will come with 16GB of base storage size, so this statement from analyst  Chi Kuo should not really come as a big surprise.

Kuo also added that the iPhone 6s will have an improved front-facing FaceTime camera with a 5-megapixel sensor, and reaffirms previous three much-rumored features: Force Touch, an upgraded Touch ID fingerprint scanner and a new rose gold casing color.

Surprisingly, the KGI Securities analyst also suggest that Apple will be dropping the sapphire cover lens for the 12MP rear camera, because it failed to pass the drop test. Except this claim there was no other conformation of this state. During the last several years Cupertino company has been utilizing a sapphire lens cover for the rear camera on the iPhone, so this move from it will be quite unexpected.

What is interesting, Kuo states that the iPhones entered into mass production in mid-August because of the a slight delay due to some manufacturing problems with the Force Touch sensor, vibration motors and the new Series 7000 aluminium casing.

Lastly, the analyst notes that if consumers will not be interested in Force Touch the sales of the new iPhones will be slightly lower than the 73 million units Apple sold in Q4, 2014.

We can say that all statements due to iPhone 6s storage rumors and specs characteristics will come to light on September 9 in San Francisco when Apple will unveil its next -generation iPhones.
