Download iOS 9.1 Pangu Jailbreak Via Direct Link

According to recent reports it is possible to download iOS 9.1 Pangu jailbreak, as this popular Chinese team has just released next version of their jailbreaking tool. Bringing it to version 1.3.0, the jailbreak is only compatible with 64 bit devices, including iPhone 5s and up, and iPad mini 2 and up.

Pangu team explains that the jailbreak was made possible thanks to a kernel bug from Lokihardt to exploit iOS 9.1, but unfortunately, that bug is patched in iOS 9.2, which probably explains the timing of the release of this specific tool. Some days back Pangu told that iDevices users can easily update their devices to iOS 9.2.1 firmware and those who did it with hope to be jailbroken very soon has stuck in nowhere, as this latest public firmware release is unjailboken.

As mentioned above, this version of Pangu jailbreak tool for iOS 9.1 iPhone only support 64 bit devices including:
  • iPhone 6s Plus/6s, iPhone 6 Plus/ 6, iPhone 5s
  • iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 4/3/2
At present, users interested in jailbreaking are either jailbroken on iOS 9.0.2, or might have missed the window and be on iOS 9.2 or 9.2.1. And because there is no way to downgrade, or to upgrade iOS to a specific version, only users currently on iOS 9.1 will benefit from this jailbreak. So if your device is running iOS 9.1 and you plan to liberate it then download iOS 9.1 Pangu jailbreak via this direct link and follow the instructions that are similar to the past versions.

In conclusion we can say that this jailbreak release for iDevices shows that Pangu is still very much active and is still working hard on finding exploits to use in future jailbreaks, or even communicating with other hackers to combine resources. There's also some good news, however. The Pangu group says that it will release a jailbreaking tool for Apple TV running 9.0.X series this week.
