How To Fix Not Getting iOS 11.0.1 Update Issue

Here is short guide on how to fix not getting iOS 11.0.1 update issue on iOS device. Just yesterday Apple has launched iOS 11.0.1 software update. This new minor release doesn't bring any new feature or important improvements. Instead it comes with bugs fixes, including a fix for bug that prevented many users from sending email via Office 365, Outlook, and Exchange Server email accounts. There's also some improvements for iMessage App Explorer and Springboard too.

Since iOS 11.0.1 release many iOS devices owners has complained that they’re not able to install the latest software update. There could be few reasons why users have problems with the iOS 11.0.1 installation. The fist is that you can try to install the update on the device that is not compatible with iOS 11.

STEP 1: On your iOS 11 device launch the Settings app.

STEP 2: Scroll down, and click on Profile.

STEP 3: Click on iOS Beta Profile.

STEP 4: Click on Delete Profile option. Then enter the passcode when prompted.

STEP 5: It will inform you that deleting this profile will change settings on your iOS device. Hit Delete button to proceed.

That’s it, not getting iOS 11.0.1 update issue is fixed. Now head over to Settings > General > Software Update, and you should download the iOS 11.0.1 update successfully. If it still doesn’t help try to restart your iPhone.

 If that also doesn’t fix your problem, then you can install the iOS 11.0.1 update by using the IPSW firmware file from direct links to download and install it manually using iTunes.
